Working Out

Working out in the gym or anywhere else is something that the body requires to obtain an excellent health. The U of C has a monster gym in the Kenesiology center where I go daily to work out and practice various sports. Different parts of the body needs pecific types of excersize, and the amout of muscle depends on the type of excersize as well.

First, we've got the chest workout. The chest workout is mostly the hardest one of all. There are three different muscles in the chest, the upper chest muscle, the chest muscle (the middle one), and the round cut muscle.

Second, there is the back and shoulders excersize. The back muscles include: the upper part, and the lower back. While working out the back muscles, you also workout the biceps. Working the triceps has a different type of excersize. The shoulders muscles has a triangle shape, and it is consisted of one muscle, but alot of athletes try to build shoulders muschles cause it just looks good!

Third, there's the legs workout. The legs workout requires a lot of effort, and that's why people make a special day for the legs workout. The leg is consisted of three muscles, which are: the front muscule, the back muscle, and the lower leg muscle.

Last but not least, the abs are very important to make a strong straight body. Therefore, athletes use different posetions to train the abs muscles. After working the abs out for a while, you will develop what is commonly known as a "6 pac".
